How to book an appointment?
To book your online consultation, kindly click on Consult A Doctor from homepage and answer a few questions prior consultation which will take less than 5 minutes. Our medical associate will get back to you within 24 hours to schedule and confirm appointment with the doctor.
After your consultation is done, you can consult the same doctor for a free follow-up which will be valid for two months.
The appointment can be rescheduled before 30 minutes of your scheduled time. To reschedule, please connect with your personal medical associate assigned to you.
How is my personal information and medical history stored, is it safe?
We take your privacy and the security of your information very seriously. We’ve designed our ForMen platform to comply with all relevant privacy laws and have implemented strict security protocols to protect your information. ForMen is a very discrete, confidential and non-judgmental platform.
How do I book a follow-up session with the same doctor?
To book a follow-up session with the same doctor, kindly connect with the personal medical associate assigned to you.
I missed the consultation call from the doctor, what do I do now?
If you’ve missed a call from the doctor, you can either go to the chat window and request a call back or wait for our medical associate to get back to you within 24 hours. If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach our Customer Care team.
What happens if my call gets disconnected during Consultation?
If your call gets disconnected during the online consultation, you will receive another call within 15-30 minutes. If in case the consultation is incomplete, kindly reach out to our Customer Care or Live Chat to get it re-scheduled.
Ordering of Medicines
How do I order medicines or supplements on ForMen?
If you don’t need a consultation and would like to order Medicines/Supplements directly you can follow the same steps as below. Also, if you need a consultation prior to buying medicines/supplements you can use the same steps to order them as below:
- Click on the ‘Order Medicines/ Supplements’ tab.
- The prescribed medicines will be added to your cart.
- Place the order by selecting/entering your address and payment method of choice.
Are there any side effects for medicines/supplements which I will use?
All the Allopathy medicines may have side effects most of which are mentioned on the website. You will need to take these medicines as per the doctor’s advice. Since, Nutraceuticals and Dietary Supplements consist of herbs and minerals, they usually are not associated with any significant side effects. However, it is ideal to consume any product after consultation by the qualified Health Care professional.
Will I get an Invoice if I order medicines on ForMen?
After buying your medicines/supplements, you will be provided with an invoice only at the time of delivery by the assigned delivery agent. However, you can also check and download your order summary in the website by following the given steps-
- Click on ‘My Orders’ tab on the homepage.
- You will see the list of all the orders placed by you.
- Select the order for which you wish to download the invoice summary.
- Click on the ‘Order Summary’ tab to view and download the invoice.
Alternatively, you can always reach out our Customer Care or Live Chat to request for the Invoice.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order only before it is dispatched by following the below-given steps-
- Visit the ‘My Orders’ tab on the homepage.
- Select any recent order, and you’ll be directed to the order page
- Click Vertical Icon (⁞) and then on the ‘Cancel Order’ tab.
- A dialogue box will appear on the screen.
- Select a reason for your cancellation and click on the ‘Submit Request’ button.
- You can cancel your medicine order only before it is dispatched.
When will I receive my order?
All your orders will be delivered at your registered address within 3-5 working days. (Based on location, delivery time may vary).
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your medicine orders by any one of the given ways – Debit/Credit Card, Netbanking, Paytm Wallet, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
How do I track my order?
To track your order, just click on ‘My Orders’ tab. Then select the order and click on ‘Track Order’. The status of your order will be shown to you, also you can always reach our Customer care team or chat team to know the status.
Why is my order delayed?
We will do our best to ensure a timely delivery. However, in case your order gets delayed, it could be due to a number of reasons such as stock unavailability, shortage of staff, higher demand, etc. If you wish to find out the exact reason for the delay, you can get in touch with our Customer Care team or our Live Chat.
Some of the medicines are missing from my order. What should I do?
Kindly reach out to us at support@ForMen.health with the pictures of all the items you received along with the invoice and we will get it checked from our end and our team will get back to you within 24-48 working hours.
The medicines I received from ForMen are damaged. What do I do now?
Don’t worry! Just get in touch with us at email@example.com with the images of the damaged products and we will ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund for the same within 3-5 working days.
What are your working hours for Customer Care?

At ForMen, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Full refund will be issued only when you received a defective item or the ordered item is lost or damaged during transit, the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
Please Note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
How to request a refund?
To request a refund, simply contact our Customer Care or support executives through Live Chat with your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. Alternatively, you can send us an email to support@ForMen.health. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

Do I need to register at ForMen?
If you need a Consultation prior to buying medicines then you need to register at ForMen. If you directly need to buy the medicines or supplements with us than you don’t need to have a ForMen account registered with us.
How can I edit my account details?
It’s very simple, kindly click on ‘Home’ tab than click on ‘Profile>Edit Profile’, you can go ahead and change your contact number & email address if they have changed. Alternatively, you can also reach our Customer Care department or Live Chat team to update them.
I forgot my password?
You can recover the password by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link and providing your registered mobile number or email ID. The instructions for changing your password will be mailed to you. Request you to check your email or spam folder as sometimes the link can go to your spam folder. However, we suggest you to mark the mail as “Not spam” once you receive mail in your spam folder.
