All of this is covered in the doctor consult after checkout. Let the doctor know if any of the following applies to you:
- Nitrate medicines, in any form, for chest pain or angina — combined with tadalafil they can cause a sharp drop in blood pressure.
- Any antidepressant — SSRIs, SNRIs, tricyclics, lithium, or an MAOI in the last two weeks. Dapoxetine is itself an SSRI and isn't combined with another. This includes St John's Wort.
- A previous heart attack or stroke, a diagnosed heart condition, heart failure, uncontrolled blood pressure, or medicines for blood pressure or the prostate.
- A history of fainting, mania, bipolar disorder, severe depression or seizures.
- Liver or kidney problems.
Limit alcohol on tablet nights. Dapoxetine can cause fainting, and alcohol makes that more likely.
Get medical help straight away if you have chest pain during sex, an erection lasting more than four hours, or sudden loss of vision or hearing. Take only the dose prescribed, and don't combine the tablet with similar products bought elsewhere.

Why do I have to talk to a doctor?
Because one of the four items is a prescription medicine. In India that can't be sold without a prescription, and the consult is how you get one. It's online, usually same-day, and it's included — you're not paying extra for it.
What if the doctor says no?
Then the medicine doesn't ship and you aren't charged for it. If nothing in the box turns out to suit you, we refund you in full.
When do I take the tablet?
One to three hours before, and only as often as the doctor tells you. It isn't a daily tablet and taking more doesn't make it work better — it makes side effects more likely.
Can I use the spray and the tablet on the same night?
Ask the doctor during the consult. It's a reasonable question and they'll give you a straight answer for your situation — but it isn't something to decide on your own.
What if the spray irritates me?
Stop using it. Numbness that doesn't settle, redness, or any reaction means stop and speak to a doctor rather than pushing through it.
Will the spray affect my partner?
Not if you let it absorb before contact. If it hasn't dried, it can numb her too.
Why are there two delay sprays in the box?
One full-size for home, one pocket-size for travel. The most common reason this doesn't work is the product being in the wrong place.
Are there side effects?
Yes. From the tadalafil: headache, facial flushing, a blocked nose, indigestion. From the dapoxetine: nausea, dizziness, headache, and — less often — fainting, which alcohol makes more likely. Most are mild and settle. Rarer, more serious effects exist, which is exactly what the consult is for. Tell the doctor everything you take, including anything herbal.
Will the packaging say what's inside?

What if it doesn't work for me?

Can I reorder without another consult?
